Inpatient Guide

​Preparing For Your Stay

We recommend that you bring personal items you may need during your stay with us, along with items you will need for your newborn.

Suggested items for mothers:

Toothpaste, toothbrush, hair comb or brush, shampoo, bath soap, towels, lingerie, dresses, reading materials, and eye glasses.

Suggested items for newborns:

Towels, baby clothes, and covers.

If you are unsure what articles you are permitted to have in your room, please check with your nurse.

You are discouraged from bringing valuable items with you such as carpets, jewelry, money, electronic appliances, and mobile phones, etc.

Corniche Hospital will not take any responsibility for lost or damaged items left at the bedside, in your locker, or in your room. If you have brought valuable items with you, you should send them home immediately. If you are unable to do so, please contact the nurse, who will keep these items in the ward in the patient Property Box.

Note:
Candles, bukhoor, coffee pots, hot plates, and other devices that may be dangerous will not be allowed. For the safety of the patients, newborns, visitors, and staff, live animals and decorative balloons are not allowed in the hospital.
