Verify with you insurance company if the clinics are part of your insurance plan, as changes might occur from time-to-time

Patients covered by other insurance companies will be liable for all charges: consultation, investigation, medication, etc. Reimbursement forms will be signed by the treating doctor, but patients will be responsible for arranging reimbursement by their insurance company.

It is the patient’s responsibility to fully understand the benefits of their health insurance plan. Before coming for treatment, please ensure that you are clear about whether your health insurance covers your requirements or not.

We still welcome you if your insurance program does not cover all the services you require. However, you will need to pay for the non-covered elements of your treatment.

Please also remember to bring your UAE Resident Identity Card and your original insurance card, whether you are being treated as an inpatient or outpatient.

Our policy is to request advance payment of the estimated total when you present for services. We will also request final payment for all services at the end of your visit. We accept payments by cash, check, and most credit cards.

If you have any questions regarding your health insurance coverage, please speak to your insurance provider, and make contact with us as soon as possible.
